Terms of Service

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of MemeClip (memeclip.net), operated by LEARNINGLOGIC LLC ("MemeClip", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using MemeClip, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Who Can Use MemeClip

You must be at least 18 years old to use MemeClip. You are responsible for your account and for everything done with it, so keep your sign-in details safe.

The Service

MemeClip lets you pick a video template, upload a photo, and generate a short meme video. Template preview clips show the style of each template; they are not previews of your result. Generated videos are created automatically, so results vary and may not always match the template exactly.

Photos You Upload

You may only upload photos of yourself, of your own pets, or of a child for whom you are the parent or legal guardian. By uploading a photo, you confirm that you have the right to use it.

You may not:

• upload photos of other people;
• use MemeClip to swap faces, impersonate a real person, or create deepfakes or other misleading videos of anyone;
• upload sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal content, or any content that sexualizes or endangers a child;
• use MemeClip to harass, bully, defame, or deceive anyone.

We may refuse a request, delete content, or suspend or close an account that breaks these rules, without refund of any credits used in breach of them.

Your Videos

You keep whatever rights you have in your photos, and we do not claim ownership of the videos you generate. You may download and share your videos for personal, non-commercial use, and you are responsible for how and where you share them. Generated videos are stored for 30 days and then deleted automatically, so download any video you want to keep.

Credits And Payments

• One generated video uses the number of credits shown before you generate.
• Credit packs are one-time purchases. Their credits do not expire.
• Subscriptions add credits every month and renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel.
• Prices are shown in US dollars and may be displayed in your local currency at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged for money.
• If a generation fails or is canceled, its credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Refunds And Cancellation

• Unused credits: you can ask for a refund of credits you have not used within 14 days of purchase.
• Used credits: credits that have been used to generate a video are not refundable.
• Subscriptions: you can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and the current period is not refunded.
• To request a refund, email support@memeclip.net with the email address of your account and your order details.

If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content. When you use credits to generate a video, you ask us to start providing the service right away and agree that the right of withdrawal ends for the credits you have used.

Nothing in these terms limits any refund rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

Our Rights

The MemeClip website, software, design, and brand belong to us or our licensors. Do not copy, resell, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service, or try to get around credits, limits, or security measures.

Ending Your Use

You can stop using MemeClip and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the law, or that put other users or the service at risk.

Disclaimers

MemeClip is provided "as is" and "as available". We do our best to keep it running, but we do not promise that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, or that every generated video will meet your expectations.

Limitation Of Liability

To the extent the law allows, MemeClip will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page, and we will give notice on the site if the changes are significant. Continuing to use MemeClip after an update means you accept the new terms.
